OUR  POLICIES:
Checkout Time - 11:00am. Late checkout $10 on the hour.                                                                        
Credit card info required to hold reservation.  Latest check in time is 10:00 pm.  Please Note: Reservations will be held until 10:00 pm at the latest, if guest does not arrive by then room will be rented to someone else.  If you know you will be arriving late please notify management for arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48-Hour cancellation notice not counting day of arrival.

PET POLICY
Pets are accepted only in designated pet rooms and will be subject to pet room availability.  We accept dogs only.  There is a small pet fee of $6 per pet/per night.  Maximum of 2 dogs.  No puppies please.  Pets are to be kept on leash at all times.  Pets are not to be left alone in the rooms at any time.

Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash.  We require $50 security refundable deposit for guests who wish to pay by cash.  Sorry NO CHECKS.
